History::
Isabella Maria Lestrange was born in London, England on 14th February, 1980 to Rabastian and Cassandra Lestrange. Her father is a member of the House of Lestrange, one of the few pure-blood families left, and her mother is a member of the Selwyn Family, a family with the same status. Both sides of her families have had Death Eaters in it, as they are both major pure-blooded family trees. Isabella takes great pride in her family heritage, and is a strong supporter of blood purity. She is the oldest daughter of the couple, as Isabella's younger sister Coryn was born two years after her on the 19th July, 1982 and they take great pride in the fact that they have two beautiful daughters as Cassandra was injured before Isabella was born and she was thought never to be able to have children. They saw Isabella as a blessing and when Cassandra found out she was pregnant with Coryn, then it was a miracle, and they love their girls more than anyone could possibly comprehend. Coryn is Greek for ‘maiden‘, and how she got that name she‘ll never
When Isabella was 1 year old when the dark lord fell, at the time Isabella and Cory was at their aunt Bellatrix and uncle Rodolphus's house celebrating Halloween and Demi and Damian's birthday. So Isabella and Cory grew up in Lestrange Mansion, their father’s childhood home, being raised singly by their mother, as her father was in Azkaban for aiding and assisting in the torture of Frank and Alice Longbottom. She was nearly two at the time when her father was sent to prison and she grew up without knowing him. But she heard the stories from her Grandmum and her mother, about how great he was, along with her uncle Rodolphus and aunt Bellatrix. Isabella begged to be taken to visit her father and aunt and uncle but her mother forbid it, even if Isabella was allowed to visit, Cassandra still wouldn't take either of her daughters there. She didn't want her daughters to see the terrible place that was Azkaban prison and she didn't want them to see their father behind bars.
Isabella was raised with the usual pure-blood family traditions and ideologies that pure-bloods were supreme and Half & Muggle-bloods were inferior and should be eliminated. She followed this rule very closely, hoping to please her mother and the rest of the family, which she did.
As Isabella got older she would spend time with her younger sister and her mother, but she missed spending time with her cousins, since they were living at the Malfoys, Isabella didn't get to see them as much as what she would have liked to.
The day she received her Hogwarts letter was the greatest day in her entire life. She couldn’t wait to go to Hogwarts. She hated being cooped up in the mansion, and she was relieved that she could finally get out, yes she would miss her little sister, but it was Hogwarts and Demi and Damian would be there. 1 September was very emotional for both mother and daughter. Cassie couldn’t believe that her little girl was growing up so fast, and Isabella didn't want to leave Cory behind. Cassie had been alone since Rabastian went to prison, and Isabella wasn't sure that her mother would cope, especially when Cory would go to Hogwarts in two years time.
But Isabella went and on the Hogwarts express she met her cousins Demetria and Damian for the first time in years. They got along well. Acted like they were friends since childhood which they should have been. At the sorting ceremony Isabella was sorted after Demetria. As she watched Demetria be sorted she grew more nervous - the hat had shouted out slytherin as soon as it had touched her head. What if she was put into a different house? she would become a huge disappointment to the family if she was sorted into a different house. As her name was called she felt like her legs had turned to jelly as she walked up the stairs to sit on the stool. The hat seemed to stay on her head for hours as she listened to the hat argue with itself about which house she should be sorting in. It finally decided on slytherin and Isabella breathed out a sigh of relief.
Isabella grew up in and out of the castle, like any other child, though she did prefer home a bit more. There she could actually learn about the Dark Arts, instead of defensive-type stuff. But that was the class in which she outshined everybody (except Demetria and Hermione) in her year, because of her knowledge. Professor Flitwick kept on asking her why she wasn’t in Ravenclaw, but Isabella just shrugged and said that she was in the right house for her.
Her second year at Hogwarts proved to be eventful when the chamber of secrets was opened. Isabella wasn't scared, the 'monster' was been controlled by the heir of Slytherin, and she was a pureblood. She was confident that she and her friends and family wouldn't be harmed by it. If some mudbloods got hurt or killed then she wasn't that bothered - so long as it didn't effect her.
Her third year was very uneventful, the only thing that was interesting was that Sirius Black had escaped from Azkaban Prison, it gave some kind of hope. If he could escape Azkaban then so could her dad. She could have her father back in her life and that was one of the only things she wanted in her world. To have her family together again. Isabella knew that, that was what Demetria wanted - her mum and dad out of prison, even if Demetria wasn't prepared to admit that fact out loud.
On entering her 4th year her younger sister Cory started hogwarts as well. And Isabella had to injure her younger sister tagging along with her and their cousins for the first few days of the school year. Isabella's 4th year proved to be a remembered one. Hogwarts was hosting the tri-wizard cup and she enjoyed watching it. She wasn't old enough to enter and she knew for a fact that even if she was old enough to complete she wouldn't. In all honesty Isabella Lestrange was a coward and she would only think of herself. She wasn't brave, if someone sent a killing curse at her, she probably would pull someone else in front of her so she didn't get hit. It was also the year that the dark lord came back and Isabella knew that it would only be a matter of time before she was reunited with her father again.
When it came into going into her fifth year, she found out she hadn't been made prefect, despite her good grades and never having been caught when she was dueling someone. She had tipped her letter upside down and turned it inside out trying to find the badge. But it wasn't there and she was honest she sulked. She smashed quite a few things in her room and in the other rooms of the house in her temper. When she came home for the christmas holidays that year, her and Cory finally got to meet their father - Rabastian Lestrange. Not knowing her father for 15 years of her life and then to see him in their home at christmas was one of the best times in her life and she knew that it was one she wasn't going to forget. Her father was home and it didn't matter to her that he was on the run and a convicted deatheater - she had her father back and that was all that mattered.
In the summer before her 6th year both her cousin Damian and Draco Malfoy got branded with the dark mark. Leaving both Isabella and Demetria without the dark mark, Demetria was more disappointed with that fact than Isabella was, she didn't want to dark mark - it was like wearing a label and showing everyone that she was the Dark Lord's property. That just wasn't something she wanted out of her life. Isabella got good OWL results, she had only failed History of Magic but that might have something to do with the fact that she nearly always fell asleep in that class.
Isabella noticed that Draco and Damian were been even more secretive about the things they were doing than usual. Isabella knew that it had something to do with the mission that the dark lord had set but it wasn't any of her business so she didn't press the issue. When Draco did confide in her what he had to do, she was shocked and didn't want any part in it - but he looked terrified. She agreed to help him fix the vanishing cabinet for his sake not anyone else's. If it had been anyone else but Draco asking for help she wouldn't have bothered to help but it was Draco and to her he was like family - he was as good as family really. When the death eaters attacked Hogwarts she didn't go and see what the source of all the noise were like the other students did from the common room. She already knew what was going on, and she would rather pretend that it wasn't happening.
Now she's getting ready for her 7th and final year at Hogwarts, preparing for her NEWTS, she wants to well in her exams. Even if the world is crumbling around her.
Personality::
Isabella Taylor can be summed up in seven simple words. Selfless. Intelligent. Clumsy. Observant. Private. Protective. And Insecure.
The first word is selfless (when it came to friends or family). Bella will do anything for someone that she cares deeply for. She would do anything for her family and her friends. You name it she would to it to help them, she would die for anyone of her family or friends if it meant that they were safe. Bella will lie if she has to, if only because she doesn’t want the truth to hurt someone. She allowed a guy at school to continue his fantasizes, even though they couldn’t go anywhere. She didn’t want the truth to hurt him. Eventually, she felt feelings for him, but it was only that of a friend, when he was happy, she was happy, when he was sad, she was sad along with him, she loved him but she could say that about any of her friends, she wasn’t in love with him. She tried to let him down easily.
Next is intelligent. Isabella could never be labeled as stupid. The sorting hat would have placed her in Ravenclaw but decided on slytherin when she asked it to. She prefers the classics over the modern. She likes to listen to Debussy, Claire de Lune specifically, when most people her age have never even heard of it.
Bella is extremely clumsy. She could trip over thin air. And over her own feet. Luckily for her there is always her family and friends there waiting to catch her. Her clumsiness has cost her more than it’s helped her. Most people find her clumsiness endearing, but she just finds it annoying. But it is an integral part of her personality. She wouldn’t be Bella without being accident prone. Which is why she tends to stay away from a broomstick.
Observant can’t be forgotten. Bella sees everything going on around her. She may not understand it fully when she first sees it, but she does see. She noticed things people when no one else does, or what would usually take a few weeks for someone to notice. She knew about her friend’s feelings for a certain guy without her telling her about them. And even though she sees everything she doesn’t really talk about or even mention that she knows. Again, she projects everything inward, collecting the facts and data for future knowledge. Bella sees what others don’t, part of being Private.
Then there is Private. Isabella is extremely enclosed. She finds solace in her own mind. Growing up she never really fit in with the other children her age at school, it forced her to seek peace inwardly. She’s a more suffer in silence type of person. She doesn’t believe in burdening her problems on other people. Keeping to herself just projected itself as she grew. And even though she loves her family—with all her heart—they will probably never know everything about her. Never understand her feelings and reactions, simply because she projects everything inward, instead of onto others. That’s part of her selflessness. Its just who she is – she would rather keep quiet than bring someone else down with her problems.
Which leaves insecure for last, but certainly not least. Bella is extremely insecure. Even though she is beautiful, in a different way than the bleached blondes, she only sees herself as Plain Jane. She ignores it whenever anyone tells her that she is pretty or if anyone gives her a nice compliment. Because she just doesn’t believe them when they say it. Bella’s insecurity is probably her biggest fault.

Appearance
Description::
Isabella Lestrange has long dark brown, almost black hair and big doe-like blue eyes. Her long brown hair extends in a curling cascade down her back, stopping just slyly in the small of her back. It's usually in a sloppy ponytail with loose strands framing her face, but it can be seen down and left loose or curled, depending on whether or not Cory has had a chance to do one of her Barbie routines. Her bangs are another story. Sometimes she cuts them to keep them out of her face, but she usually just lets them lie, brushing them out of her face if necessary. Her blue eyes seem depthless and convey every emotion that she's experiencing. Bella has a small nose and small eyebrows. Her pale, heart-shaped face is framed by her locks of hair. Her pouty, full ruby-colored lips add an innocence. Her slightly high cheekbones and very pale complexion helps her to look like a child, but somehow imply that she is much more than that. These features only help add to the calm and innocent look that her face helps to project.
Bella's figure is excellent, though she sees nothing but flaws, she's oblivious to her curvy figure that most girls would die for. And the figure is more prominent from her wardrobe. She has the most laid back fashion sense. She prefers casual to dress and jeans to heels, though if Alice gets her way then she will have Bella dressing up. Her regular clothing choice would have to be jeans, a plain top, Converse sneakers, something that is comfortable to be in. But lately, being around Alice, she's seen in elegant and sophisticated clothing. But, whatever the style that she's dressed up in, Bella still has her own style and flair that can't be smothered or duplicated.

The day was rainy and dark as the early morning approached. a dim and reassuring light filtered in Bella's room, casting long shadows across her bedroom. She got up and rubbed her eyes, looking around disappointment fell down on her, hard. She let out a low sigh as she stepped out of bed and slowly made her way to the bathroom. Looking in the mirror she saw a hideous face staring back at her, a thin pale face, with dull blue eyes, hair stacked on top of her head in a ponytail, her upper lip was way smaller than her bottom lip and she looked like the bride of Frankenstein, but of course this ugly monster staring back at her was none only herself, Isabella Lestrange. She took down her ponytail and started brushing through her head of hair, the tangle hurt and made her tear up a bit. After than she grabbed her tooth brush and scrubbed her teeth, she had nasty morning breath, and would rather make it go away than it stay.
She hurried back to her room and went in her small wardrobe, she found a dark olive green long sleeved T-shirt and slipped it on, she found one of her fewer pair of jeans too. She looked at herself in the mirror before leaving to go shopping, she needed to pick up a few more things for school, she looked so blah, which was a good thing. Well, to her it was. She wasn't trying to impress anyone, she had, had enough of boy drama over her 6 years at Hogwarts. Her hair was really wavy today, the way she always kept it, she hated putting a straightener on it, but when she lived with her mom in the summer holidays, she would always make Bella straighten her hair, Cassandra said it made her look really pretty. Yeah, right.
She took her wand and turned on the spot, Disapparating to Diagon Alley. Glad that she was on her own, as much as Isabella loved her cousin Demetria, she knew that if Demetria was with her then she would have dragged her down Knock-turn Alley. It wasn't a favorite place of Isabella's she hated it and would gladly avoid it at all costs. She stopped as she looked in the window of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. "Why are you worrying about You-Know Who?
You should be worrying about U-No-Poo" She read the big poster in the window and smiled slightly before shaking her head. She had to admit the boys had guts. Probably why they were in gryffindor and she was Slytherin.... she was a coward. She carried on walking trying to sort out her thoughts - she wasn't jealous of a couple of blood traitors - she was a pureblood, a Lestrange.
