Draco just allowed his smirk to grow a bit wider, her insults simply bouncing off of him. Here he was, being perfectly civil, and she decides to insult him. Pity, all in all, but he wasn't about to get mad over it. In fact, it was down-right amusing, the way she had the strange misconception that he cared about what she thought. Pathetic? He was the pureblood in the group.
"Yeah, go on. Keep feeling sorry for yourself." he told her with an amused look, still resting on the chair, despite the fact that she'd stood. The way he saw it, even if she left and ruined his fun, Natalie and Demi would likely come over to sit with him anyway, so there was no use in getting up.

While her insults didn't get to Draco they were certainly getting to her, one of Demeter's many flaws was that she let people get to her, she wasn't as paranoid as her mother but she did let people get to her and when people insulted her, her family, friends then Demeter would easily get pissed off. She wouldn't show mercy, she didn't show mercy. She loved nothing more torturing a mudblood or a blood traitor. They were just as bad as mudbloods in her book.
"Not scared of me..." She said as she went over. "We'll see about that." She raised her eyebrow at the 'insane' comment. It wasn't the first time someone said that she was mad. Well 'insane' was a little harsh, Demi didn't think she was that bad, okay she was a little mad but she was the daughter of Bellatrix Lestrange of course she was a little mad.
"Leaving so soon?" She pulled her wand out, the bar was almost empty and besides no one would stop her anyway. She pointed her wand at Kelly. "Crucio." The Cruciatus Curse was by far her favourite curse, her mother had helped her perfect it.

His smirk was really starting to annoy her, why wasn't he answering back? he wasn't even trying to insult her back... which was just infuriating her even more. She shook her head slightly as she started to leave. Tossing some of her long dark hair back behind her shoulder. "I already told you demi..." She said using her nickname knowing full well that there was only certain people that got away with using that nickname - and she wasn't one of them. "That I'm not scared of you."
She turned her back on her as she started to walk away, which she realized afterwards was a big mistake. While some people wouldn't attack someone while their back was turned - Demeter would. And as predicted she had only taken a few steps before she felt the pain rip though her body as Demeter's curse hit her. It was worse than "one thousand white-hot knives, boring into the skin." She fell down to her knees as pain went though her body, every muscle she had were screaming in agony but she would not give Demeter the satisfaction of hearing her scream. 'Please just end it' She thought to herself, death itself would be better than this.

Lilian walked into the leaky cauldron with her hands stuffed in the pockets of her robes she looked around then her sights set on her cousin, brother torturing Kelly letting a laugh escape her lips Lily ran her fingers through her long blonde hair as her brown eyes focused on her brother mainly she had only entered the leaky cauldron in order to tell her brother that their mother was waiting even if he had told her he had business for the dark lord. '' Draco Mum told me to come get you, that if I didn't bring you back you'd be grounded for three weeks.'' Lily smirked a little as she glanced at Natalie rolling her eyes she didn't exactly get along with her brothers girl friend as far as Lil was concerned she was a stuck up conceited brat who didn't know when to shut up, she just hated the way Natalie hung on everything Draco said well maybe it wasn't that bad but it felt like it was.

Draco could only take so much. Compared to Demi and her brother, he looked like a saint, just because he wasn't a fan of torture. Some called it weak; he thought it was tactless. There were other ways to torture a victim besides physically, and he was big on a mental form of it. So, he took out his wand as well, and did the only thing he knew would force his cousin to stop.
"Expelliarmus." he said calmly, though winced as the Jones girl screamed more loudly than before, and watched as her wand soared from her hand and hit the opposite wall. This should be enough to have lifted the curse, and, not particularly wanting to have to explain his actions, turned to his sister, who'd entered a few moments ago.
"Yeah. Alright." Without looking at anyone else, or even waiting to make sure his little sister was following, he pushed open the door and walked out.

Lily followed Draco out into the streets with her wand tucked securely away under her cloak as she walked with her brother she said nothing finding their mother just outside one of the stores she took her place next to her mother, stayed silent feeling she had nothing to say this was her 5th year at hogwarts the 1st year she had been chosen as a female prefect for slytherin house she was excited but had no idea who her male companion would be for the year not that she really cared she wasn't exactly old enough to date just yet, it was rather obvious she didn't find boys all that amusing at the moment well she did but the only slytherin she found good looking was Gabe why she found him attractive she had no idea but what Draco didn't know wasn't his problem although it would be really bad if Draco discovered his best friend was interested in his baby sister.

She screamed as some of the pain ripped though her body, unable to hold it back anymore. She saw Draco raise his wand and she waited for more pain but as quickly as it started - it stopped. She saw Demeter's wand go flying against the room - hitting the other wall. She watched as Draco and Lily left, he had helped her - made his own cousin stop. She doubted the fact that it was for her benefit.
She looked at Demeter before she disapparated, She wasn't going to give Demeter a chance to take her frustration out on her.
