The New year at Hogwarts as about to start, its only a few days before September 1st - then I have to go back to Hogwarts for my 7th year. To tell you the truth I'm not looking forward to it, not with things been the way there are, what if something happens to my family while I'm away at Hogwarts. Everyone say's that Hogwarts is the safest place to be but with the Lord Voldemort (yes I said his name) now in charge of the ministry of Magic - anything could happen. I don't think Hogwarts is as safe as what it once was but Albus Dumbledore is there and he is the only person that he was afraid of so been there probably is the best place to be.
Anyway when we got out letters, saying what we needed for the school year - mine also had a surprise. I'm the new Head Girl, me of all people. I was expecting it to be Hermione of someone like that but no little old me was chosen.
I have to go, I can hear one of my sisters coming and if they see I'm writing in a Diary then I won't hear the last of it.
